This new limited edition of 1200 diecast captures in precise detail the fighting spirit of America's most famous fighter plane from World War II, the P-51 Mustang, as well as the greatest fighter the NHRA has ever produced, John Force. That's why we've named it the American Warbird. The body has simulated pop rivets and black and white D-Day Invasion Stripes, along with a bit of Americana: a WW II "pin up girl" like ones that decorated thousands of planes. It's complete with the elements of a John Force car: the insignia JF 9, John's car number this year; 14 bomb kill stickers, one for each championship John has won; and John’s nickname for his car, "The Ole Hot Rod."
