If the customer re-routes an order to a different location (other than the location listed under original SHIPPING INFORMATION) through UPS or RaceStation Customer Service Dept., the customer’s credit card will be charged and additional fifteen dollars ($15) for this service. SECURITY QUESTIONS The security of information communicated in an online environment is a concern. We have worked hard to make sure that the information you have access to cannot be accessed by others. The security during our development of this web site and online store has been of the utmost importance. Locks and Limits Most specialty diecast cars are only available as a pre-order. What this means is that many "special-themed" cars are SOLD OUT before they are even made. If you want a certain diecast collectible, but want to wait until a retailer has it in stock; you may miss out! Most of our special-themed diecasts are SOLD OUT before they ever make it to our store, or have increased in price since they first introduced. It is recommended to PRE-ORDER diecasts that are produced in low production (very limited edition), as these are the first to increase in value and become the most desirable among collectors. We do charge your credit card at the time of a PRE-ORDER purchase. Cash, Check, Money Order or Personal Check payments must be received within 10 days of order being placed. If payment is not received in that time - the PRE-ORDER is cancelled. If a customer cancels a PRE-ORDER, there is a 5% cancellation fee deducted from the item’s PRE-ORDER sold price to cover handling & service fees. The remainder of the pre-order purchase plus fees will be credited back to the customer. Diecast manufacturers produce diecasts on a limited quantity basis, once an item is produced it will never be manufactured again. This allows diecasts to increase in collectible value. When you buy a new diecast it is not a remanufactured item, and your collectible will most likely increase or hold its collectible value; pursuant to a past history of diecast collectibles. We are not responsible for cancellations or shortages from the manufacturer. We will refund in full any order that we are not able to fill. Please Note: All PRE-ORDERS will be processed on a first-come/first-serve basis. Pictures shown are for example only. The final product may vary slightly due to last-minute sponsor changes. You can not order other merchandise with your PRE-ORDER; those items will be shipped immediately to you. We try to estimate as best as possible the DELIVERY DATE when the PRE-ORDER item will be ready to ship. This is noted in the description area of the PRE-ORDER item. Any items that require special handling or are autographed pursuant to a customers request are NON-REFUNDABLE & NON RETURNABLE. Once merchandise has been personalized to a customer’s request, this item is a non-sellable item to other customers. Pricing Error & Inaccuracy Disclaimer
There are no refunds after 30 days from date of receipt. There are no cash refunds given. There is a 20% restocking fee charged and a store credit (gift certificate) issued. There are no refunds of shipping & handling charges. If you return any merchandise bought at the John Force RaceStation, either in-person or online; you must present an original John Force RaceStation store receipt for credit. Credit is given in the form of a "Gift Certificate" for the amount of the merchandise and tax (if applicable). If after you receive an item and want to exchange it for a different size, you are responsible for the cost to ship the merchandise back to our RaceStation Store; and for us to re-ship the new exchanged item back to you. If there is an added charge for a different item, your credit card will be charged this amount, plus return shipping & handling charge. Exchanges should specify the correct size needed, register receipt # or order confirmation # and be sent to: Attn: Lana Chrisman Cancellation of Order Policy: In order to get a full refund of your order, you must cancel your order prior to shipping. If you cancel an order after the merchandise has been shipped, you will not be credited for shipping charges, and there is a 20% "re-stocking fee" deducted from the receipt upon the return of merchandise.
